- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes high resolution fully edited photos, it gives you the opportunity to choose your own photos and the chance to look over photos before printing etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to answer any question my new clients have and to even grab a coffee and go over photos, questions, concerns, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands on training and hands on courses with some of the top instructors. And I also have certificates and many hours of online courses.
