- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start at $250 for a photo session up to 1 hour with digital images and photo release. Prints are available in high quality through the personal website gallery designed for customers in any size customer prefer. Wedding and special events over 1 hour have custom pricing and start at $300. Video projects are customized for each client. Each can be determined based on what is needed per the client and equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired for a project or photograph, I normally get on the phone with the phone number provided by the client or email the client to get more detailed information about the event. Once we set everything in agreement, I'll send a proposal for the client to view and once the client approves, the client must pay a deposit to lock in the job and the rest of the payment is paid in full after the event is over. My typical turnaround is within 48-72 hours depending on the type of job, then further communication is given. For weddings, the turnaround time can be 1 week for photos, with video recording to editing, is typically 2-3 weeks turnaround final.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience working in multimedia from church, real estate, marketing companies, and organizations that make an impact in the community. I've worked with franchises that own McDonald's, to recording and photographing city fairs, and multi-billion dollar industries. Overall, my passion is capturing moments professionally through the lens of videography, and photography.
