- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as affordable as I can be. I understand that electrical work can be expensive and necessary so being accessible to ALL customers is my goal. Service call fee : $45 *Military and Senior discount : 10% each Plus we have a referral program with customer incentives! Ask us about it!! *Military discount applies to active military and Veterans. *Senior discount applies to customers age 65 and older
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them like family!! We are all about making our customers feel like they are as important to us as family. We explain over a phone conversation what the job will entail, pricing in detail, along with customer feedback(wants, must haves, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years in the Electrical Trade. 4 years of Electrical Trade School with multiple certifications. From Residential to Industrial, my experience is very broad. I am a Master Electrician and Owner of ZRK Electric. As a company we are Licensed and Bonded for your safety so providing the best service for our customers is of highest priority.
