My name is Yasmin and I am a certified Dog Training and Behavior Modification Specialist through the Starmark Academy for professional Dog Trainers. I am also a certified Narcotics Detector Dog Handler, an IPWDA certified Canine Search Specialist for wilderness Search&Rescue as well as Urban Search&Rescue through FEMA and I compete in IPG and Mondioring. My services are obedience dog training and behavior issue modification and scent detection for Nosework. I am bilingual in English and German which helps me to keep a broad spectrum of knowledge and further eduction about dog training and canine science. The most rewarding thing about being a dog trainer is seeing owners and their dogs grow closer together and become an even greater team.

Amazing results. We did the 6 lesson package with our large anxious dog. He went from dog reactive to live with another dog. Yasmin is super knowledgeable and teached us to communicate effectively with Nikko. A fair amount of practice was needed but it was worth the effort. Nikko actually seems happier, now that he is able to walk calmly outside and hang out with his brother. We are really proud of him. Highly recommended

Team Yasmin was outstanding. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She trained me to train my 2 dogs. My older dog was very aggressive with other dogs and difficult to walk in my neighborhood. Yasmin started me with the basics, to command he dogs to go to their “spot” , to stay there when there are distractions, especially someone knocking on the door. I wasn’t sure I liked the idea of food reward hut it actually was great because their dinner was the food they earned during training. She trained me command the dogs to walk “with me”, sit, wait, down, and focus on me instead of distractions. It was hard work but a good experience. I am to try best to keep at it. I can’t let this training fall to the way side.

After three weeks of boarding and training with Yasmin our 18 month old miniature schnauzer Duke, who exhibited fear based aggression towards people and dogs,returned home obedient to the eight commands he learned as well as exhibiting confidence while in public places with unfamiliar people. We highly recommend you contacting Yasmin if you need help with a dog who exhibits aggression, excessive barking at dogs and people, leash pulling and lunging. You want be disappointed with Yasmin’s training, pricing nand professional knowledge. Thanks Yasmin for our well behaved fur baby.

Yasmin's training classes were great in that our family learned how to properly raise our pup. I always had reservations of leaving our dog alone with the kids because of how hyper she was, but now even my 11 year old is training her we ith confidence. Our doodle still has some work to do, but it's night and day in how well she can control herself already! We should have done this training so long ago. Thank you Yasmin!

We are as happy as you can be. We did not have a lot of hope that our sweet Maddiii was going to get truly trained in 6 sessions, but we’ve had 5 so far and she is a different dog in the best way possible. It makes us beyond grateful!

An initial consultation is always required. The consultation usually takes 45 minutes to one hour and is $50 in house, as a house call it’s $75

I set up a consultation where I can meet the dog and the owner, evaluate the dog, assess the overall situation, specify the individual training goals the owner has for the dog and then develop a training plan which will give the owner the best results for their dog.
