- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
customers should know that I am going to come and give my best, my method of cleaning is beyond anyone else, zi don't come in and just spray hot water, I come in to deep clean your carpet or upholstery
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when I first get their I am on time usually 15 min early, I greet the customer make them feel at ease, take a look at area needing cleaning and let them know what to expect when I am done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a friend who has 40 years of carpet cleaning experience.
