Enrique is a true artist that is meticulous, detailed, and highly talented at what he does. He will not finish until the job is done right and he is very accommodating. My kitchen and restroom cabinets were in horrible condition when we bought the house. I sent photos of the vanities I wanted to have stained and received an estimate that I agreed with. He told me he could start the following Tuesday. The Friday before, he sent a message that he would call me that afternoon to set up a time. I texted him back on Friday, then on Monday with no reply. On Tuesday, the day he was supposed to come, I texted again and said all he needed to do was tell me he can’t do it - just something - and he replied he wasn’t feeling well and then that his dad died yesterday so he couldn’t contact me. I’m not sure I believe it - doesn’t excuse why he couldn’t call me or text me back the Friday before or all weekend and was he sick, or did his dad die? I’m sure a quick text that he’s dealing with a family emergency wouldn’t be too hard to send. I turned away other contractors to do the job.
