GC Painting was the ONLY contractor who delivered their written estimate in the time frame they promised, and quoted me the least expensive estimate I have received. They actually got back to me the same day that we interviewed and toured the property! They were able to provide a written proposal of the scope of work, as well as source color-matched paint and identical siding to what was on the property. This was essential to receiving administrative approval from the Office of Historic Preservation and obtain the Certificate of Appropriateness that is required to work on an historic property. They began work the day after I alerted them that I was ready for them to begin. They finished the work within the estimated time frame that they promised, and within the proposed cost. Their agent Rick was very responsive whenever I had a question or comment. And they really delivered on their work. I'm very happy with how the property looks! If I had to do it all over again (and I'm glad I don't, finding reliable contracted work can be challenging), I would definitely go with GC Painting again."See more
