Hi, my name is Vlad with Modern Bath LLC! I recently moved to San Angelo from the DFW area. I have 8 years of remodeling experience and a meticulous and perfectionistic attitude. Many remodelers and contractors promise quality and professionalism, but ultimately fail to do either. I hope to restore the good name and trust in remodeling to the San Angelo area in showing both.

Vlad enclosed in an open room with a wall and door. He was very meticulas in the work he did, matching borders and paint with existing. I would absolutely hire him again for additional work.

Vlad did two separate jobs for me.
1) Company that installed wall furnace cut the opening in the sheetrock 12" wide x 6' too big in my living room. Vlad replaced the missing sheetrock perfectly. He repaired the damage on the sheetrock that the company did in the hall as well. And my kitchen sheetrock had damage that he also repaired.
2) Vlad reshaped my Rose of Sharon hedges from about 12 feet to 5 feet tall and trimmed the width as well.
Vlad cleaned up the work areas each time he came and did a job for me. And his prices were a great value for the quality of work he did. I will definitely use Vlad for future needs.
