- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $35 trip fee for onsite walks and estimates. Pricing is custom bid per job. Small jobs under an hour will be charged at an hourly basis, one hour minimum. Hourly rates start at $75 an hour depending on level of service needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a service request is called in, a team member will schedule a visit to assess the work needed. At that time the customer can approve the price and work well be completed same day if time is allotted. If work can be assessed over the phone an initial bid can be issued to schedule services at time of scheduling.
