Norman was terrific. He came out the same day to repair my HP printer; he knew exactly what to do. The roller that fed the documents needed to be "roughed up" to feed properly! He checked his work; was done within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend. He also works on computers he said.

Had problems with my desktop computer. NRL enterprise very professional, access the issue, replace the hard drive with new updated version. His expertise was exceptional and reasonable.
