Check out this computer technician I found on Thumbtack. https://www.thumbtack.com/tx/richardson/computer-repair/nrl-enterprises/service/59871761004381426?utm_medium=web&utm_source=tw&surface=sp He helped me clear up the foreign log on to my computer and correct a password breach. Now I can use my desktop again without worrying about people spying on me.

This technical expert rapidly resolved the major problem with my computer. Not only that, he explained many things that I needed to know, cleared up a few other smaller problems, and gave very good advice about computers in general. I give him 5 stars and I am glad I chose him for in home computer software repairs!

Norm arrived the same day I called. He did a thorough check with diagnostics on my computer. Being over 10 years old, it couldn’t be repaired. He was very helpful and explained everything well.

Norman was terrific. He came out the same day to repair my HP printer; he knew exactly what to do. The roller that fed the documents needed to be "roughed up" to feed properly! He checked his work; was done within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend. He also works on computers he said.
