Steve was awesome! Immediately called me after I placed a service request for my washer. After discussing over the phone he was extremely honest and said the cost to repair would be almost the same as replacing. Really appreciated the honestly and not wasting my time or money. Hard to come by someone that honest these days. He didn’t even charge me a consult or a service call fee. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling again for any appliance needs.
