Steve is a GREAT and trustworthy person and a GREAT Repair Man, he went way beyond his job to fix my washer, when accidentally a part got broken he ordered the part on his expense to fix my washer... when someone else would have abandoned me HE stood behind his words and came back to make sure my washer worked, not just that HE also fixed my Garbage disposal for FREE. NOW THAT'S OUTSTANDING SERVICE , can't ask for a better repair person. His number is( 972)632-6808 I would have given him 10 stars if it was possible. I highly recommend him to anybody with Appliance Repair issues.

Same Day Appliance and Stephen are the best! He was quickly responsive, knew exactly what the problem was and had it repaired the next morning. And I called at 4:30 the evening before. He let me know what time he was to arrive, he was polite, knowledgeable and had me up and running in no time!!! I would call and hire him in a heartbeat! Absolutely the best.

I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Stephen was not only punctual, he talked with me over my issues and how he planned to resolve them up front. He was easy to talk to and very informed on repairs. I ended up not only getting my stove repaired but changed out my bad garbage disposal. Prices are reasonable.
