I don't normally creates a review but when it's warranted, I go out of my way to do it. I am extremely satisfied with Cyclone Professional Cleaners. From the initial discussion with Kim to get the estimate to the work that Frank and his assistant did to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. I just bought my house and apparently for 12yrs since the house was built, it has not been cleaned. Frank and his asst cleaned it well, all vents are sparkling white and clean again. Their estimate was true to what Kim provided, no hidden cost. He was very helpful in showing me where to change the filters and educated me on how to put them. He was even going beyond his work of offering to clean the floor when the dirt came out of the attic cover. Overall, their service is excellent and their cost is very reasonable. Thank you Frank and Kim!

My home was under contract. All the carpets were old and stained, the tile floors had never been professionally cleaned and I had a shower stall that was difficult to clean. I called Cyclone Professional Cleaners will little expectation that they would be able to save the carpets. The guys showed up on time and took great care in moving the furniture that was in the way. They were friendly and informative. I did not expect the result that they achieved. There were some stains they could not remove entirely but they told me upfront so there were no surprises. After the job was completed, I doubt anyone could tell the carpets were 20 years old and the tile and shower stall never looked better. The pricing was competitive for a whole house job. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future. I highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have pricing systems for our full service cleaning company. We charge by average size room for carpet cleaning in residential homes. Air duct cleaning is charged by number of vents cleaned. Tile, granite and marble are priced by the square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our friendly staff reaches out to customers over the phone or online. We listen to what their needs are and offer solutions to fit those needs. Delivering a good service experience is our favorite part of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2001 and have learned about non-toxic cleansers that work but are safe. We get training from other certified professionals and read industry magazines for the latest methods and treatments.
