My husband and I have had the greatest experience with Imperial Roofing and Construction in Dallas area. From day one when Igor, our sales representative, stepped into our house, he showed the thorough attention to our requests. He has helped us to approve the claim with the insurance company making sure we are getting paid for all of our losses. Besides that, he was always available to come by our house to answer the questions we had. During the install he has been constantly checking with us to assure our satisfaction with restoration process. I would definitely recommend Imperial Roofing and Construction for any roofing or general contracting needs. We also had the company replace our gutters, AC system, and complete the staining on the fence. Everything was completed on time and as promised from day one. We have had a few negative experiences in the past with the roof replacement and we finally found our roofer for life.

We give 10 stars of out 5 to Imperial Roofing!After a hail storm that hit our area in April, 2021, almost everyone on our street had some kind of damage. Within a couple of days, roofing companies were knocking on every door in the neighborhood. We chose to go with Igor based on his knowledge of the industry, his experience as a contractor, his professional manner, and our 6th sense about him as a person during our interaction with him. Looking back now, we feel so very lucky that we hired Imperial!We had a substantial claim. The intensity of the storm damaged our roof, the backyard fence, landscape features, the gutters, window screens... AND we had 40+ solar panels on the roof that needed to be taken down and put back up after the new roof. With Igor at the helm of the project, every state of the repair was well planned and coordinated, with us well informed ahead of time. He was always available, answering phone calls/texts, and answering all of our questions. Igor and his whole team has done an exemplary job for all the repairs! They used good quality materials, worked efficiently, and cleaned after themselves.The part that truly separates Imperial from others is how committed they are to us, their clients/customers. In our case, the insurance company dragged and dragged on with our claim for 11+ months!!! Igor and Radion, who is in charge of the supplement claim, stayed with us AND basically carried us through this long nightmare. After each interaction with the insurance, Radion was the one who would go over line by line, voicemail after voicemail, translating the insurance jargons into understandable terms for us. For months, almost every week when Radion would call/email the insurance with us and/or on our behalf. When the insurance demanded photos, Igor would come over and get them done right away and send them back within the day. We got hit by the HOA fine because of our fence not being repaired for months. Though we didnt have the insurance payment yet for that part of the repair, it didnt stop Igor to send his guys over the very next day. It was between Christmas and the New Years Day!They genuinely care about their customers! It has made this process much easier knowing that we are in good hands. It was their knowledge, patience, hard work, AND skills of dealing with the insurance that guided us through the whole process. Though we are still not completely done with the claim, the insurance is paying for all of our damage, thanks to Imperial Roofing and Construction! We have no reservation at all recommending them to anyone whose needs a superb contractor.

Igor has been amazing to work with. He did explain the process very clearly to begin with and was able to guide through every step of the way in getting the process complete. Whole roof replacement installation happened in a day and the crew cleaned up before they left. Overall satisfied. My friends ended up using Imperial Roofing and Construction and are happy campers as well.

Imperial Roofing and Construction did excellent work both in the actual work completed to our home as well as communication, follow up and tenacity in bringing the process to an acceptable close. The insurance company initially gave an estimate that was way too low to allow the repairs to be completed and with a long drawn out process we finally were able to come to an equitable solution. Imperial stuck by us the entire way and I would highly recommend them for any work or repairs needed.
