Martinez remodeling did a great job helping us remodel our office into an expanded fourth bedroom, which involved knocking out the back wall of the office into the existing master closet, and then building a new master closet in our master bedroom. Agustin and his team were very friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the work. And the value for their services is probably unbeatable! We never thought this would be a project we could afford so we were grateful that Agustin and his team could make it work. The final results exceeded our expectations in many areas, particularly in the structural design work. We are so grateful that this project worked out on a modest budget. The only reason for rating 4 out of 5 was due to a few communication issues. The first was related to wall texture being very different than what we requested. The second was a miscommunication around when we would be returning to the house, which resulted in us arriving home to a very messy and dusty place (they thought we were coming home the following day). In both cases Agustin and his team acknowledged and addressed the issues and did the work to make it right, and we are grateful for that! In the end we got a great renovation for a modest price that will add value to our lives and our home for years to come. Thank you, Agustin and team!
