FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is never a one price fits all approach. That is why we take the time to look at the project and discuss all aspects of the job during the walk through, with you. As a consumer myself, statement such as "I forgot this", "The rates went up", "It took longer than I thought", etc. are inexcusable. We graciously offer discounts to Seniors (65+) First Responders and Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone "Listening Session" is conducted with the potential client to gain an understanding of the needs, wants, vision or ideas. It is then determined if we may be a good fit for their project. If the client would like to move forward, we set up an on-site visit to clarify if we are a good fit. During this visit, we will discuss the scope of the project, all aspects, timelines and cost. We will lay out exactly how the job will be done, from start to finish. There are no "bad surprises" after a price is agreed upon, unless the customer chooses to add additional services, after the initial agreed job, is completed. You get exactly what we promise: We do what we say we are going to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years of practical application.
