For example, the smell of lavender may help with anxiety and have a calming effect. As an added benefit, most essential oils also emit a pleasant scent purifying the air killing bacteria and fungus. We also refrain from the old school traditional mops that are typically filled with bacteria that pushes dirt around your floors. Unlike the traditional mop a steam mop can reach a high level temperature that can help loosen dirt and grime and has the ability to kill most of the bacteria and dust mites on your floor.
