- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am straight forward with my pricing not having any hidden or additional fees. I will not increase the price quoted unless additional work is added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person and go over the proposed project so I can fully understand what the customer is wanting to accomplish. We discuss the scope of the project and potential variations. After we both have a good grasp of what will be involved I will provide an estimate for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for almost 10 years in the construction industry with an apprenticeship in custom finishing for cabinets. I have 3 years of project oversight experience backed by almost 7 years of experience in multiple trades in the residential remodel market.
