Our minimum service is for 5 guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book a consultation call to review service options. Then we create a custom menu for your approval based on what you would like to see for you and your guests. Once quote is approved, we request a 50% deposit to lock in the date of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience cooking in fine dining restaurants in Southern California.
