FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge by the hour for labor with any additional equipment rental costs. I also have fixed price packages for weddings and sweet 15/16 that make it easier to choose which includes all labor and rental costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically talk to the customer via phone call or by email, find out what service and desires the customer wants. For weddings or large special events, service packages are presented, a contract is digitally signed, and payments are made. All other services, I discussed with the customer the work involved, costs, and delivery dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year and a half in Radio Television Film in college, 15 years hands-on experience as church technical director working in live production, video editing, videography, and leading a team of A/V volunteers. I took an online video course with a live mentor called Cinema Mastery to advance my skills.
