Arti responded to my inquiry almost immediately and scheduled me for the next day. He was able to arrive an hour earlier than our scheduled time. He was polite, professional and friendly. His rate was comparable to what google suggested the average cost would be. Arti worked fast and gave suggestions on what type of refrigerator to purchase in the future, should my compressor go out.
