- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repair prices are firm, we firmly believe in the quality we provide, and the convenience we give by coming to you. We might add a travel fee if you’re outside our standard service area. Lastly if you have a device with multiple issues, or multiple devices you want to get fixed together, we offer bundles to help you save money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically never changes. We greet the customer, get their name & phone number. We ask about their device, model, what happened, and finally we ask what area they’re located in. Once we quote them, we schedule an appointment and take care of their precious device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apart from a decade of experience with electronics, I actually am certified technician. Couple years ago I went through a program in Texas to get certified in what I do. I won’t say it was necessary and a technician doesn’t really need it, but I do have it. If it brings the extra piece of mind. apart from being passionate about my work, I do have the qualification to back it up.
