I would hire JG Appliance Repair again for issues related to my washer and dryer. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and explained things in a helpful way. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because he arrived about 20 minutes outside of the arrival window.

Did the diagnosis on the washer, was on time. The trip charge was higher than others but we were in a rush. We replaced the washer instead of fixing it since the parts were back ordered and the price was too high.
