- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always recommend a first-time cleaning or a deep cleaning, these cost a little more but guarantee better cleaning and then it is only maintenance every 15 days, weekly or monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new client we try to meet their expectations by hiring our services. Our reviews talk about our work in the first cleaning, even if it is a regular cleaning. We do deep cleaning in bathrooms and clean the oven as a bonus of their first cleaning with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in constant training with great cleaning professionals, I have insurance and business license
