- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The per person price we give you includes everything! Just multiply by how many people you expect and that’s your total!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients book online using our experience, reviews, and referrals for confidence in our work. Our contract and invoice can be executed online. We are always happy to do a FaceTime or Zoom to allow everyone a chance to e-meet! We prefer to do tastings one month prior to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience has given us a deep understanding of crowd dynamics. We understand gatherings and how people eat and what gets annihilated and what goes virtually untouched! It is our lack of restaurant and hotel experience that allows us to make things happen at prices others can’t come close to. We don’t have preconceived ideas of how something “should” be done or whet it “should” cost. We are wildly resourceful and creative in our approach to feeding your people!
