Emiliano was excellent! Showed up on time, was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had our two doors rekeyed in no time. He even fixed a deadbolt that was not installed correctly initially so now it works smoothly (as intended). I appreciated how he explained everything he did and his easygoing, friendly manner. High marks for the whole company - their appointment making process was simple and I got communications before, during, and after the service - so everything went great with getting our new house rekeyed. Highly recommend them!

I had difficulty scheduling the appointment. I wish the scheduling window was only 2 hrs , not 4 hrs. Other than that, the service was excellent. The technician came to rekey my locks. One of the locks wasnt functioning properly so he took the time to fix it for me at no additional cost. Thank you!".
