- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in running our business with honesty and integrity. We offer transparent and direct pricing, so we will always do a pre-walk with the customer to make sure we understand their needs. We strive give customers a fair price for our services. Our minimum call-out amount is $119.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We connect with the customer, either by text, phone or email to provide a preliminary quote. Once the appointment is booked, our lead technician will do a pre-service walk with the customer to ensure all areas needed are part of the appointment. If there are any changes to the customer's needs, the lead technician will update the quote for the customer. Once the technicians complete the work, the lead technician will do a post-service walk with the customer to review the work completed. If any areas need to be addressed, the technicians will take care of them. Once all work is completed, the customer receives their invoice (email or text) and can pay with a credit card or cash with the lead technician.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have attended training to become certified in carpet and floor care.
