FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation—I take the time to understand your goals, whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or need notary services. For buyers, I help clarify wants vs. needs, guide you through financing options, and set up property searches. For sellers, I provide a market analysis, staging tips, and a marketing strategy to attract the best offers. Once we’re under contract, I handle negotiations, paperwork, and deadlines to ensure a smooth transaction. My goal is to make the process stress-free by keeping you informed and supported every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m not just a real estate agent—I’m a licensed broker with advanced certifications to better serve my clients. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), I specialize in guiding buyers through the home-buying process. As a Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), I help sellers maximize their property’s value and negotiate the best deals. I’m also certified in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources (SFR), meaning I have the expertise to navigate complex transactions for distressed properties. Whether you’re buying, selling, or facing unique challenges, I have the knowledge and experience to help you succeed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, sellers looking to maximize their property’s value, and families relocating to the area. I also assist renters and landlords in finding the right lease agreements.
