- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no strings attached. We only charge for labor, fuel, and the protective material needed to do your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a job is booked, we collect the pick up address and the drop off address along with the customers full name and phone number. Day before the big move: Customer will be contacted to confirm move. Day of the move: Customer will be contacted 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival a General Service Agreement that outlines all specifics of the move will be signed by Extra Mile Moving Co. LLC and the customer. Then the fun part. Our guys love to move. Every thing will be protected and secured for the move. At the end of the move our driver will collect payment, leave a business card, and ask customer for a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience working in the moving industry. We have been all over the country moving people to their new homes. Our managers are have degrees in project management and our drivers and helper have been moving for years.
