Javier did a great job fixing toilet valve and installing retractable water hose. I like the professionalism he showed and also told me few things that need to be fixed and I wasn't aware about that. He will be by go to plumber going forward. Edit: He installed retractable water hose in the backyard. I gave him screws that came with it. I asked him if he has drilling machine to do that and he said all good. After 1 day, retractable water hose fell down and damaged my plant too. I noticed that wrong screws were used and on inquiring about all that I found out that wrong screws were used. When I asked he told me that he has thrown the screws I gave it to him and used other screws because he doesn't have the drill bit. Water hose is heavy and can't be supported by those small screws. I find it very unprofessional that you are throwing the things given by customer without even telling him. He promised earlier to return back and then said his van broken which I don't think is the case. He returned my money after calling him so many times and texts.
