- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
G2 Restoration is a preferred vendor for multiple insurance carriers. We can work directly with your insurance for payment. If loss is not covered or you prefer not to file a claim, we accept checks and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial phone call to G2 Restoration, we dispatch our IICRC Certified Water and Fire Technicians, State Licensed Mold and Asbestos project managers to your home within 2 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Water, Fire and Smoke, Mold Remediation and Asbestos Abatement
