I'm very happy with the job. I needed to install an AVR and wanted all the wires hidden. The installer did the wiring inside the walls, and installed all speakers. There was no damage to my walls, he cleaned up after himself. The price was well worth it. They're very professional, do high quality work, and respect your property. Will definitely hire them again for other projects.

He took the time to identify several options for the installation of my Cat 6 cables before making any cuts or creating holes in the wall. Amazing installation of running an ethernet cat6 line from my router upstairs to the TV downstairs. Isaiah changed the original work order to better align with my home's existing cat5 installs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing. I can often times beat most big box stores or price match.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer project always begins with a phone consultation. From the consultation, we can decide if I will need to visit the site in order to perform a site survey before starting work. A detailed estimate follows the consultation or site survey. Upon approval of the estimate, scheduling of the job will be agreed upon and we will get to work. A final invoice will follow upon job completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel as though I am a teacher at heart and love this side of my job. Technology can be confusing to some but I am able to patiently and expertly train my customers how to effectively use their new systems.
