I needed to replace a failed Cat 5 cable and requested that he to install a Cat 8 cable instead. I was "future-proofing" my cable run. It took him three trips to get it working, and I was very impressed with his perseverance. This was his first residential Cat 8 cable run, and he had to work out a few bugs, but he stuck with it and succeeded in the end. Despite needing additional cable and different terminations, the price I was charged never changed. He is honest and committed to completing a job successfully.
