- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) First thing is we try and get information on what exactly you are needing done to get a better understanding of the work requested and from there schedule a time that works best for you to go look at the job. 2) Provide a detailed estimate for your review. 3) Once accepted we send over a contract that requires signage before any work gets started on and go over final details of material, schedule, etc. 4) Once we get started, we provide updates on how the work is progressing. 5) Before turning in project we request the client to do a final walk through to ensure they are satisfied.

Over 20 years of customer service experience and 10 years of construction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We originally started working in multi family and expanded from there.
