This job was a repair that was done months ago and consisted of cutting out several laminate planks and gluing in new ones (to avoid disassembling and replacing the floor to the nearest wall ( which the cost wasn't too appealing to you). Instructions were given to not walk on the glued areas until adhesive cures (24 hours) to avoid exactly what you just described. Your baseboards were in terrible condition prior to us ever performing any work. They looked awful for a newer home. So awful that I pointed it out to your tenant and I took pictures of them and shared them with you. Thumbtack doesn´t allow me to upload those pictures in my response to your review otherwise I would. From the begining to now customer satisfaction has been our top priority coupled with quality work and my reviews reflect it. We are saddened this wasn´t the case with you.
