FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work alone so its difficult for companies to compete with someone like me when it comes to pricing. Sometimes they have middlemen to pay, dealers or distributors so they have to charge more. Granted, they will most likely finish a job quicker, but only by a day or two as i have seen in my years experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple. Being available to answer the customers questions. Thats it. Everything is different for every customer and every job. There is no one size fits all in this business. The only common denominator in every job is being available. If you're not available to communicate you should work in a different business. That's just my opinion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is on the job training. I'm still on the job training after 25yrs. Every job is different.
