After two weeks of being strung along for scheduling, I hired this company to replace a few floor boards. The guy showed up with a screwdriver and a hammer and proceeded to remove boards for the next 2.5 hours. Then he told his boss that it's too much work and he wanted to get paid more (btw, he should've have been done by now if he brought the right tools). She calls me and says that she's sorry he didn't bring his tools, she under bid the project and that they won't be competing the job. Never once even asked for more money, just said she under bid and told her people "the job isn't worth it"... "Just leave". I now have the boards missing from my floor that they removed. See attached photos. DO NOT LET THEM CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS ON THUMBTACK!

Hello Jake, Sorry you had that experience. I referred you out to another flooring company after not being to make it due to an emergency that came out. So you were not strung along for 2 weeks. You text me a week later asking if we could please just fit you in. I advised that I would see if we could do so. I did make the mistake of bidding the site unseen based off the pictures you sent. I advised you to get the can of glue but that was out of your budget of what you wanted to spend so you went with a different option. The amount of time and labor wasnt amounting correctly to the price of $180 and the area was twice the size of what pictures you attached. I advised due to that it was priced wrong. You then said it was so easy you could do it yourself but it was cheaper to pay us than to get the tools. $180 wasn't worth it. I advised my employee to install new floors where he took old floors from. You told him that you would take care of it so he left and then when I spoke to you, you stated something different. As you can see with other reviews this is far from the experience our customers have with us. I didnt charge you anything. I covered my employee time, travel, and labor. Hopefully you can find someone willing work within your budget. Best of luck. Thank you for your feed back :)
