Nur was very professional, he was the first to report to site amongst several others who called but came later on the day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem with my garage within 30 minutes. He was very patient and tried to help us with another garage door myq config issue without a charge. Watts Way provided prompt and professional services. Mr. Nur was incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out then replaced a bending rod that would have cost me more damage and more dollars to repair later. He also paid attention to a squeaky noise made by a displaced nail that was damaging the garage door and addressed that issue without my asking. I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.
