Betty and her team of 4 were awesome! They showed up and cleaned our house in no time, even with only a couple days advance notice. Betty is also very friendly and it was fun to chat with her at the end of the job. We would definitely hire them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, and get to know the customer. For instance, I’ll ask them what they are looking for, is there a preference on cleaning chemicals ect. I like to make them feel comfortable to ask me questions. I work with all my heart and what’s most important for me is that my customers are pleased and satisfied with my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was young lady, I loved cleaning because I had a large family, and I would always help my mother as she also did housekeeping work. I love cleaning and helping others. So, I took into taking this gift and working. They say you will never work a day in your life, If you love what you do. And I love to clean.
