Superior in the name fits well. We were having a hard time finding someone to just install a frameless glass shower door and reached out one evening to them and they were able to quote us that night and complete our installation the next morning. First, Karlo responded quick with a quote and date for when he could come out and install our sliding glass shower door. Then he came out and did a great job on the install and was transparent with his process and very easy to talk to or ask questions. Overall I'm very satisfied with his work.

Karlo was just what the doctor ordered - responded within minutes, gave a fair quote, and then drove by to see the bathroom on a Saturday, that too. His dad was with him and was nice to see both work. Other contractors I talked to had given me all kinds of BS about the onyx tiles where the shower door needs to be screwed might crack etc, not Karlo. I also got to see pictures of high quality custom glass installs he does, and might use his services for a bathroom remodel.

I hate shower curtains and when we brought our new inventory home, the guest bathroom didn’t come with shower door. I found Superior custom glass on Thumbtag and messaged to schedule the walk through . Carlos is amazing ! He came to our house on schedule and did the measurements for our shower doors. He made professional suggestions and educated us the difference between types of door choices . This was really helpful as we had no knowledge on the difference between different door selections. Due to the supply chain delay, product took little longer than usual to arrive. Carlos kept us well informed on the status and professionally installed our shower door soon after product arrived !
