United Pools is reasonably priced per the market with quality work and communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Talk with customer as many times as needed and answer any questions they may have. Meet with customer and go over the project or service and again answer any questions or concerns. Educate customer as much as possible about the service or project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started building pools from the breaking of the ground to the finish of the walkway around the pool. Experienced at every level from the plumbing installation, all equipment installation, diagnostics, repairs, Replaster, vinyl liners, pool school to educate customers. Went to school for heater repair, pool chemistry, equipment installation and diagnostics.
