Introduction: Hey Y'All, I have been working on homes or small business's for over 30 years. Most of my time has been in remodeling homes either after some sort of property damage such as a water / fire loss or on rental properties. I have seen and repaired pretty much everything inside of a home. As a rental property owner myself, I specialize in getting homes move in ready. Whether that is remodeling outdated bathrooms or kitchen, or just touching up and replacing worn out / damaged items. We can handle it all We provide in home estimate free of charge. For hourly work we charge $100 for the first hour and $75 for every additional hour. Drywall repairs will be situationally costed. Plumbing and Electrical work is $125 per hour. Our availability on projects will be discussed on an individual basis

I called many handyman in thumbstack and hes the only person who figure it out the problem of our dishwasher. Also hes honest and you can trust him that he is not going to rip you off. It’s difficult to find a handyman who are honest. Hired him for sure you never goin to regret.

"Handyman" services are a dime-a-dozen; finding a pro like Roger is like striking gold. Needed a ceiling fan hung, but outdoors on a pergola over a swim/spa. A little of out of the usual, but Roger responded quickly and did the job in about an hour. The price was extremely fair and the work was top-notch. And I loved how he gave me an arrival window and then texted me when he was on his way with an ETA. I couldn't have asked for more. I absolutely will be reaching out and hiring Roger for additional projects.

Roger is the best handyman we have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. As a remote investor, there is nothing more lucky than finding a contractor who takes care of the property as his own. On his first day working on our property, Roger asked for the inspection report after finishing all the requested work, and took the initiative to compile a worklist based on it and what he observed. In his worklist, he would give his recommendations for our decisions. The process was truly worry-free. After each day’s work, he sent out a list of what has been done and for parts that needed for the work, he would take care of that by making trips to HD/Lowes. For work items that required more specialized knowledge, like gutter installation, and water quality issues, he would invite other companies for quote or call for help to get the issue resolved. His price is reasonable too. Roger will definitely be our go-to contractor as we are building our portfolio in Greater Austin area.
