- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I attempt to be as inexpensive as possible; and although I wont always be the cheapest I can guarantee you will be satisfied with my results. I wont accept payment until you are!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal interaction is something I enjoy and find necessary to provide a good experience for all parties. I will reach out via Thumbtack and offer my cell for direct communications; if the customer feels comfortable with that. Communications and clear expectations allow for a great customer experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been lucky enough to work with homeowners, landscapers, tree services and even the occasional Home Owners Association. If you need my services; I will be happy to talk with you.
