Vee was very precise w/ his work. He measured the wall and frame before he hang the art work. In return he was accurate in the placement of the picture. He also provided the materials needed to hang the picture. He also repaired the pull of my blinds. I will definitely hire him again.

UPDATE: As everyone can see, Mr Soto has decided to take a low road and demean and disrespect my wife and fabricate the story to fit his narrative. He is very condescending to women and called my wife names. He has now violated Privacy Laws in the state of Texas by posting our personal information for all to see. He has certainly proved my point and even as we walk through the house today, we are finding more damages, poor workmanship, and trash he left behind. HE; RAUL said what he was capable of completing "per hour" and then did not deliver and worse, actually did the opposite. He has clearly proven in his response, he is someone to avoid. All is work with reviews are a single item or two hung...I would NEVER bring this person in for any sort of large job what so ever. AVOID as I stated and continue to AVOID even if hes your last option, do it yourself.
Original Review: Raúl is “not as advertised” and should ONLY be hired for very small and I mean VERY small single room projects AVOID! He claims to have skills that are not reflected in the final product. He charges by the hour and says he can install 5-10 items an hour...more like 2 or 3 per hour. He is extremely slow and redoes his own work several times. Do not complain to him because the common “I’ve NEVER had a complaint against me” will come out. Then he will claim he is “shocked” and finally he will call you names once you validate he was wrong. We purchased rods that were universal and only needed caps switched so smaller rods could slide in. This genius decides instead of reading, he would spend HOURS cutting rods to fit a space. Clearly on package it said 30” - 84” and window space is 48” so READ, it fits. He called us “cheap” because we were on a budget, yet we paid him $550 to hang maybe 20-25 mostly average to small things on the wall and some curtain rods. He left the house trashed and threw wall anchors in our sink and into toilets potentially leading to further damages to home. He has spent 11 hours at our home and HE stated he could do 5-10 items an hour and did an average of 2 maybe three things an hour all while conveniently collecting $50/hr and by the way that rate is typically for two people per hour. He will get on here and say we said this and said that, the truth is we were simple easy going and left him to do the work and he couldn’t be trusted and took advantage of us. As I told him....we got played and he got paid. Hope this helps even one other family from making the same mistake we did. Thumbtack reviews do not paint a good picture always of the truth, but I hope my review did. Do NOT hire Raúl, AVOID!
