- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at GE Restoration we use the industry standard estimating software excepted by insurance companies called Xactimate. The estimating software is updated regularly to reflect current material and labor prices for the zipcode we are working in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First part in our process is checking for any safety hazards. Ensuring that the home is safe for the customer and that there is no potential danger. 2nd we will get full detail on the source of the water leak and make sure that it is stopped. If the customer would like to move forward with mitigation we will get a emergency service contract signed and begin mitigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at GE Restoration we are IICRC Certified in water/fire/mold restoration.
