- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing. We also offer discounts depending on the services. Giving customers discounts DOES NOT stop our quality of work. Some prices are "starting" prices and could vary based on levels of infestations and travel time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with new customers is first get an understanding of what issue they're having. The worse thing a professional can do is not ask questions and get more information about the concerns the customer is having. After learning what issues the customers are having and identifying the pest we work together to get a plan in place to solve the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Applicator in the state of Texas which means I've passed my exam to run a business and also have a strong knowledge of pest issues. I also do bi-monthly refresher courses to stay up to date on pest knowledge and things that could change within the Texas law for pest control.
