Marcus and his crewman did a good job power washing and cleaning our front first floor faux French door windows. Unfortunately, the hard ground in water spots could not be removed despite them using their special chemical cleaner and using the fine 1000 grain metal scour pad. Apparently, over time, it gets to the point that only an acid wash and machine polisher can get the spots off or the windows need to be replaced. Nonetheless, I very much appreciated the attention to detail and the elbow grease used to individually clean each lite (window pane). There was some discrepancy on price (one company said they consider one french door panel as one window, whereas Shine’N Clean considers them as 3). So the price went up by double. And would have been an additional $200 to chemically clean all the lites out front- but I nixxed that item when the product failed. They also did a fabulous job power-washing the back covered patio and the faux French doors there and other plate glass windows. So now our house is shiny and new and sparkling clean for our guests this Thanksgiving. Thank you, Marcus, for all your hard work amd expertise. And I appreciate you driving all the way back out here to re-install the screen on the master bathroom window that had been inadvertently left off the day prior. Your prompt availability was a major plus.
