- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We ask a few questions about the scope of work in order to quote you with an hourly rate. No additional fees from us, just an hourly rate. Our rate only goes up when more helpers are needed to complete your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically reach out with questions regarding your move. for example, disassembly/assembly needed? large appliances? stairs? how many bedrooms? distance? This helps us better understand your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No real training required to move. We have experienced movers on our team who have worked in the moving industry for many years that know a thing or two when it comes to providing a safe and stress free move for everyone. Some of our members have an extensive background with some of Houstons high end furniture stores. So we know our way around some of the most delicate and exclusive furniture items.
