I see how some have complained about the price, however based on the responsiveness and how quickly they were able to provide a piece of mind that the job was done correctly, it was priceless. I had tinkered to the point that I was causing more issues that would have led to more expensive repairs had I not contacted Precise. I was expecting at least a week, but they reached out soon after my submission and had someone on the way the next day and got there faster than predicted.
