What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a customer is very simple. Since our main priority is making sure the electrical system is safe, we perform a safety evaluation on every call. From there we will quote you the price to repair the issues. Everything is presented to you and will have to get approved before we start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Electrician and have been in the trade since 1997. I have attended IEC and TESA for schooling and continue to take online courses to further my education in this industry.
