Saul is very helpful and fast to respond. As for my case he went to fix a possible leak on our HVAC unit. Right now we're on the first process of tapping of enough refrigerant and to wait for at least a week or two so that he can see the leak better. Since the unit is low in refrigerant to detect the leak. As of now the unit is blowing cool air and I believe in his judgement that there is a leak somewhere in the HVAC system. Hope we find it the next time when he return. Highly recommended.
